Scholarships
The Empowered Scholars Program offers work stipends, tuition support, and other assistance to attract economically disadvantaged and minority students to careers that foster community and economic development.
Community Development
Annual grants provide funding for infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects that address business and workforce development, basic health care, resource conservation, tourism, recreation, reduction in out migration, and poverty reduction.
Micro-Enterprise Seed Funding
Through our micro-enterprise seed funding, we provide small business owners with the resources and training needed to start, grow, and sustain their businesses. In doing so, we secure economic opportunities for individuals who may not have the opportunity to pursue them otherwise.
