​The Empowered Scholars Program provides full-tuition scholarships, cohort programming, and mentorship to outstanding first-generation students from Ghana as they navigate the path to higher education and beyond.

The Mama Agudze II Reading Program nurtures a love of reading among young children in Ghana by providing culturally relevant books, encouraging shared reading with caregivers, and supporting early language and literacy development.

​The Big Dream Initiative distributes aspirational books—including Abena's Big Dream—and school supplies to students across Ghana, expanding what children believe is possible for their futures.

​The TIYAC Healthcare Initiative strengthens rural health care systems in Ghana by providing medical equipment and critical infrastructure that expand access to quality care in underserved communities.

The Christmas Enrichment Program convenes children in Anfoega, Volta Region for games, art, shared meals, and gifts, creating spaces of care and belonging that support child development and strengthen community ties.

The Heritage Economy Exchange provides business training and market access to artisans, guides, and tourism operators in Ghana. By connecting local enterprises to the diaspora travel economy, the exchange helps communities turn craft and cultural knowledge into sustainable livelihoods that strengthen families and keep talent at home.
